●Cancellation fee and a Standard service charge may apply in case of any change.
●Airline imposed cancellation fee may get changed at any time.
●All refund will get initiated (if applicable) after confirmation from customer. For Domestic Flight, after a successful cancellation and refunded amount may reflect in your account within 3 to 7 working days depending on the bank and for International Flight, to process the refund and reflect in your account depending on the airline refund policy and the bank/Mobile Financial Services/Online Gateway/POS payment gateway’s official execution time (excluding Cash payment).

●Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
●Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Customer needs to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date and current price.
